Re: [A/S] Lifting a Bambi With A Jack
Harvey. The small square plates that say "jack" are not lifting points. Those
labels are for the proper placement of STABILIZING JACKS ONLY. Any Airstream
trailer can be proper lifted by placing a jack on the bottom edge of the axle
mounting plate, only. Place the jack on the back side of a single axle
trailer, between the axles on a tandem axle trailer, and between the middle
and rear tire on a tri-axle. It is suggested that only one side of a trailer
be lifted at a time, unless inside a building where a sudden gust of wind
will not knock it off the jacks. Lori
