Phil,
 The bathroom vent fan in my Avion was pretty well frozen up, it'd run,
but squeal like a stuck hog. I mixed a bit of ATF (automatic
transmission fluid) and STP and oiled the bearings with that, making
sure to let it soak in well. It bench tested OK, so I reinstalled it,
and it's been OK since.

That motor should rotate pretty freely.
