Jim,
 Look at Butler all-steel buildings. We found them to be very little
more than an erected pole building, due to the very small cost of
erection. (they put them up on one day)

If you want to build on the cheap, there's steel siding/roofing
available from some sources for quite low prices as long as you aren't
too fussy about what color it happens to be.
