Still trying to fix a leak and install a new shower
control and I have a question. The 1/2 copper and 3/8 copper tubing used through
the trailer is jus a fraction larger around than the 1/2 and 3/8 copper stock
and fitting, both sweat and compression than I can get at the hardware store. At
first I though maybe where I was working the tubing had expand but I have now
cut back to other areas and still the same the problem.
Were the standards for copper stock and
fitting different in 1976, or has my copper tubing just expanded over time. Real
challenge. Any input will be appreciated.
