a old hot roders trick is to hold a large pipe at 45% angel between tire & 
wheel well
have someone roll the car verry slowly if the pipe is the rite size you will 
roll the 
fender lip flat not even hurting the paint!   but USE CARE not to hurt you or 
car


on my 90 cev caprice i use gabril "high jackers" to git a small lift i need
