We've been looking at generators, trying to decide between a Honda and a 
Yamaha.  The Yamaha EF2400iS generator is being advertised as capable of 
running *most* 13,500 BTU air conditioners.

YET, as Jim says, on the YAMAHA website, they have this notice:

"This unit will NOT be adequate to run most RV air conditioners."

This is a brand new generator in the Yamaha lineup.  I'm wondering if, 
despite their advertising claims (before the generator actually became 
available to the public), they found out that it wouldn't run "most 13,500 
BTU generators?"
