I would suggest that the faucet screens be removed before pressurizing the  
water system.  I have found that in the process of de-winterizing  the water 
system, deposits from the water heater, and maybe other unidentified  sources, 
are forced through the system.  The particles will tend to block  the screens 
if they remain in place.  After the system is allowed to run  for a few 
minutes, the screens can be reinstalled.
