My only suggestion would be to sanitize the fresh
water tank before using it.  

Other things include checking out the drain and water
lines in cabinets or behind doors to verify that
nothing is leaking.  I also light the water heater
(once it's filled) to make sure its working and once
the fresh water tank has water in it run the pump. 
It's much easier to address malfunctions when the
trailer is home than have the problem show up on your
first trip out.
