[A/S] RV Pad – Check List

OK, here's what I have so far:

Cement pad , 40' long x 15' wide, will be sloped front
to back about 4" and sloped slightly away from the
house, left to right.

Buried, under the cement, the water pipe below the
frost level with a self draining spigot.  The kind you
lift up on to turn it on with a cut off in the
basement.

Buried under the cement, phone, cable, telephone and
30 amp and 110 electric for a night light or whatever
else.

Already discussed the sewer pipe.  I am sinking it
down in the cement and it will have a screw on cap.

The only thing I didn't do is install 50 amp.  I know
I may be sorry one day, but I don't think anything
larger than what I have now will fit there anyway.

The whole sha-bang is going to cost around $1,600,
does that seem about right?

Have I forgotten anything?
