[A/S] antifreeze stain removal

After buying our 88 Limited in mid November, my husband has completed 
going over every inch and replacing things that didn't need to be 
replaced only to make them look better.  Our one problem is the 
antifreeze stain in the shower.  From some things we have read, those 
can be permanent stains.  Is there a way to remove them or is this 
something we are just going to have to live with?  Hoping for good 
weather as we are planning our first outing in it next weekend.
