I don't think RV antifreeze stains ????  It must be something else.....

At any rate, here is a precedure for cleaning plastic .

Start with plain old baking soda, use plenty and scrub with it. For some 
reason, plastic responds really well to this.

Try a strong ammonia solution, rinse well.

If you still have a stain, try rubbing alchohol, and then paint 
thinner.  Rinse in between.

Now try a bleach cleanser and see if that helps. DON"T use bleach and 
ammonia together !!! toxic fumes !!!

If none of these do anything to the stain, you will have to sand it off. 
Use fine sandpaper, and then use automotive paste, first coarse, then fine.

If you don't want to sand it off, there are fancy paints that can be 
used to recover the whole thing, I never did that, someone else ?
