[A/S] Dry bath

Hi all,

I am researching the floor plans for Airstreams.  Since I don't have a 
dealer that is closer than several hours away, I have to rely on 
groups like this and searches of the internet.  I see that several 
models have "dry baths".  In a search for dry bath I even found 
something that had a "full dry bath with shower"??

Can somebody explain what a dry bath is in an Airstream?
