[A/S] Title

It doesn't sound like he will be putting the weighty things back in it 
so his final weight may indeed be under 4000 as a ham shack!  (BTW - my 
Dad is WB8BSN and I am the former WN8WYJ and my Uncle is K4YXI)  

I just get aggravated at DMV procedures sometimes.  We a have been four 
times now to get son his learner's permit.  First he had to have a hard 
copy of the drug school course he took - they faxed him a copy and we 
should have waited til the hard copy came in the mail.  Second time we 
returned with the hard copy and took the hospital birth certificate that 
has been accepted for all these years for school, physicals, 
vaccinations, etc. but the DMV wanted one from the Office of Vital 
Statistics.  Third time hubby took him and they no longer accepted 
checks at this office - cash only - and of course hubby didn't have 
enough cash in his pocket.  Fourth time was a charm!  

Last year I took title on one of my parents cars they weren't using.  
Went to get the registration and they required the insurance be in my 
name.  That was on a 29th of the month.  So I came home and called my 
ins company to start the insurance on the 1st of the month.  Went back 
to get registration - oh no, that was on the 30th.  The refused to give 
me tags (did transfer title) on the vehicle til the 1st day of the 
month. So I got to return for a third time on the 1st to get the tags.  
ARrrgh! 

In Florida, it is frustration at it's best!
