Hi Bill, yes I'm sure there is some way to get a tittle.  I have a
form to send to the state and have a search done and if it comes back
no records found then I will go from there. There is a provision for a
rebuilder tittle I'll check out.  Now if it comes back with a owner's
name and tittle number I will have to do more research. supposivly the
 previous owner died years ago and the trailer hasn't been licensed in
about 20 years.
