I believe (but don't know for a fact) that a 1-ton w/dual rear wheels sits
higher in the back than a 3/4-ton. However, I understand what you're saying
about the tongue weight dropping the rear of the truck -- plus the fact that
putting a 3,500# slide-in truck camper in the bed of the pickup will drop
the rear end of the truck a bit, too. So maybe I'm worrying about nothing.
I think we'll probably buy the truck and camper first so that we'll know
whether or not we'll need a drop receiver, and, if so, how much of a drop.
