For what it's worth.  I strongly disagree with Dick Kenan's comments on
black mold.

Black molds are usually bad news, and most can really make you sick (if not
toxic).

White molds are usually non toxic, and are the ones used in cheese making
and other fermented/cultured food products like yogurt, sour cream, etc.

I would sterilze any black mold contaminated surface or container with a
fairly strong solution of chlorine bleach (Clorox).
