On the first hand, I never have and will never drink water out of the fresh wate tank. 
That name only implies. That water is strictly for bathing, washing dishes, and flushing 
the toilet. And when I bathe or wash dishes it has gone through the heater. I don't 
drink water through the city supply no matter how potable the sign says it is. We use 
bottled water. Who knows it might not be much better, but we feel like it is.
  No, I couldn't tell you how well bleach disinfects the system.
  I live in Texas where the winters are not nearly as harsh as a lot of places. 
Therefore the amount of anti-freeze needed is not as great as others. If it were to be 
into the 20s & teens for extended periods, I probably would do more.
  I don't drain my tank empty. I keep enough water in it fo the guage to show 1/3 full 
and add anti-freeze.
  Not being smart, but what do they mean by don't dilute? Don't mix with water before 
putting in system? 
  I understand about putting the anti-freeze in straight from the bottle. This is good 
if you don't want it in the tank, and you drain the tank completely. But then why the 
need for  anti-freeze if there's no water?
