I posted this some time back but for those who didn't see it . . .

We have had problems with our '99 34' since it was new with the door warping. 
 Our dealer worked on it and tried to brace it back into place.  This 
weakened the bolts which finally broke off completely.

Walt in Ocala pointed out to us that the upper hinge had been installed 
slightly to the left of the lower hinge which caused the door to hang just slightly 
off.  His suggestion was to elongate the upper hinge to straighten the door.  
You really couldn't tell the door was off unless you really looked closely.
