New england's bad when it comes to zoning.
I once leased a building in windam maine to put my satellite tv / car stereo
business in.

The zoning guy showed up and said that the only thing that could be in that
building was a puzzle factory.

That was my first experience with zoning and I've hated it every since
<grin>
