David: I have a 34 ft limited and had the same driveway problem that I solved by building ramps that fit in the gutter between the drivway and the street. If you like I can send you a sketch or a picture or two. I think it would be cheaper than trying to get extra hieght on your trailer that you do not need anywhere else.
