You "CANNOT" flip a Henschen Dura-torque axle. For that matter, no 
other similiar axle can be flipped, either.

The alignment would be totally off, the mounting bracket holes would 
not align, the shock brackets would be on the wrong side of the torsion 
arm, and the brakes would be upside down. All an absolute NO NO!!!!

They cannot be flipped, period.
