I bought one of those sewer hose holders and it's still in the box.
I just pick up the hose near the outlet at the trailer end of the hose and 
lift it so all "evidence" spills into the sewage drain hole in the "ground". 
I may do this a couple of times during draining. I bought a handy pair of 
yellow rubber gloves so I can keep my hands relatively clean, but still use 
the Lysol wipes in the plastic container, to disinfect my hands after the 
"operation".
This is the proceedure in RVing that reduces all campers to the same level, 
whether you're in a foldup tent camper or a $500,000 motor home, you still 
gotta empty the tanks.
