Oh yes.  On most of the new units 13,500 is pretty
standard.  Even that was the standard on my 30' unit. 
I upgraded it to the 15K unit at build time.

I was just noting the amp for it as an FYI, since a
lot of folks don't know that unit is out there also. 
I have a friend who upgraded his 25' Safari at build
time to the 15K unit.  Nothing worse than to be in 100
degree heat with a unit that is marginal.  I learned
that lesson with my 27' Safari.  The 13.5 Penguin was
marginal once you hit 100 degress in full sun.
