Your correct.

Heavy duty tow vehicles require a second look at the hitch rating 
that will be used.

As a general rule, the heavier the duty tow vehicle, the lighter the 
hitch bar rating "must be".

Dozens upon dozens of truck scale measurements, also proved that 
formula.

Drop the rating of the hitch bars, and your rivet problem will stop.
