assuming you are saying 250lb each, NO...not at all, if you don't mind the
bumper being about 6" off the ground.
As I said, there is a world of difference twixt a diesel PU front end and a gas
suburban front end. which I stated in my original I believe if you will go back
and read it again. I do apologize for its length.
once more, that is the purpose of the single wheel (steel NOT aluminium, as I
suggested originally)... to help pick up most of the weight of the trailer
tongue. will say one thing, playing with that front jack really made me
appreciate having it in a powered state. never got so damned tired doing
something as when we were fulltiming for three yrs in the early 70s in that 67
Overlander with a hand cranked front jack. really made me swear to always have
a powered front jack in the future.
