I have a Hensley hitch - the ball is buried in the hitch head.  I'd guess I 
mey have to get a different-offset stinger from Hensley.

Well, I certainly won't be going 30 mph, but my driveway is  almost a 12% 
grade.  Will the 'burg backing brakes handle this safely?
