That has certainly been true for us.  Rick at Oasis RV in Tucson told us
the first time we went for a repair that the extra sway control device
we were attaching on the curb side was not necessary with our dual cam
anti sway Reese.  We finally tried towing with out it and found he was
correct.  Another secret was to STOP applying grease to the saddle
(cam?) where the arm rests, it needs the friction to work properly.
