I am not sure that the insulation above is sufficient for possible -80* (below
zero) weather.  I agree, you would need to get any RV inside another structure
or  under ground 
iow, follow the government's building examples for AntArctic structures.

and even then, those scientists are not really staying all that comfy warm.

btw, at one time ca 1950-60s, Wally was building his trailers for cold weather
at one plant and for desert or warm climate on the Left Coast.
