I am sorry to say this, and do not wish to seem rude, but you cannot
get enough insulation into that Airstream, nor purchase enough
propane
for heating to enable you to live fulltime in this trailer in
Yellowknife. You will be fine in summer, but the winters need lots
more than you are capable of with an Airstream. Yellowknife actually
experiences winter with a Capital "W".
