Airstream tried the spray-on foam over 30 years ago.

They quickly discontinued it's use when they found out that it can 
and does turn to powder, under certain vibration conditions.

Secondly, the Airstream method of shell construction is called semi-
monocoque, meaning that the shell is "load bearing".

Because of that type construction, the shell twists, tweaks and 
flexes, in different areas, in different ways.

Applying the spray-on foam to the interior walls, since it is 
not "flexible", is not a good idea, since in time, it will crack and 
pull away from the metal, due to the shell movewment and vibration, 
then ultimately turning to powder.

Airstream also used it underneath the floor.

Same results, in that in some areas, the foam cracked, fell off 
and/or turned to powder.

Spray-on foam, in an Airstream trailer, is very risky "at best" even 
when properly applied with the special required equipment.

The foam must also "out gas" which will take years. It is 
not "healthy" to breathe those fumes.
