I to have Zip Dees all around. Only curb and street side have latches, both of
these are full length. But I would think that any on the sides would need to
have latches.
My curb side is secured with tightening a wheel/nut on a stud that flips up in
a slot.
The street side just has a hook that rotates down into receptacle.
