Thank you for advice. I will put in neutral Legato and replace only  the 
bathroom floor.  I think I will leave two side areas of old Linoleum  under the 
fridge (can't move it and under the Kitchen sink.  The new  owner can use a 
Legato strip in the middle for a time and I'll leave the extra  carpeting from the 
box... It should look good.  Thank goodness for Krud  Kutter...
