[A/S] new map search

This is a new service provided by Google, it's still the beta version
so there may be kinks in 
it. I thought some of us may find it useful.....It takes a while to
use on my slow dial up-but 
what doesn't?!

-Search by address; get map,driving directions from one address to
another and 
driving time 

-search by item; ie., you are in Paso Robles and needing pizza: the
Local 
search returns 10 pizza parlors in PR. (Very handy in a new area and
need to locate a 
hardware store, doc in a box, etc.-I haven't checked for Airstream
parks) 

-And,  most maps can be switched to satellite photos that can 
be moved and centered just like the map in the same scale. Note that
not all 
the US is in photo coverage yet.
