There is a brush available from someone that cleans rifle barrels. 
You would have to determine the correct size for your flue. Most 
dealers would remove the fridge from the cabinet to properly clean 
the flue.  The burner should be covered before you do any cleaning, 
so no extra rust gets into the burner area.
