[A/S] "While you were out" airstream
Vicki - FWIW - In my dealings with sales people, I've taken the stance that
as I am the one spending my money, if I don't want a sales person around me,
I'm under no obligation to put up with one. I try to politely (at first)
tell them that I'm only "kicking the tires" at this point and that I'll call
for a sales person if & when I need one. That usually sends them running, as
it hints that I'm not an immediate sales candidate. And as for "things to
learn", we've all been there and I guess it can be a bit intimidating, at
first. But you'll learn it all. A good sales person will give you a walk
thru before you leave the lot. And Airstream folks will spot you as you
enter the RV park and generally come over to swap tales and help you get set
up. Don't let sales people turn you off, nor the new bits & bobs you'll need
to become familiar with. Once you've had time to think on all of it, and do
it yourself a few times (and maybe with a bit of help at first) it will all
become second nature. Airstreaming and Airstream folks are the best.
