Actually I love tent camping and when our kids were small it was the only 
form of vacation we could afford with all of them.  I love getting places 
where it is quiet, peaceful and full of nature.  My favorite camping spot of 
all times was 10,000 ft up in the mountains between CA and NV with no 
ammenities just a stream, lots of wildflowers and wonderful hiking.

My parents had a 30 ft. Airstream and spent winters in Mexico and summers in 
Canada.  I am the one now pushing for an Airstream.  Saturday we looked at 
Class A - 35 footers by a real "pushy" sales person.  I felt like I was 
being strangled and could not wait to get out of there.  All I could see is 
so many things to go wrong, break, learn....  I think I prefer something 
simpler...
