Hello.
Here is one problem with is proposal, and I have to say I like most of
it including the Region combinations. If you hold International Rallies
at different times of the year those of us with kids in school will have
a hard time attending those Internationals during the school season.
That would have an impact on the Teen Queen participation as well as
having youth in the WBCCI Band. Also the youth program would not be well
attended if the rally was held at a time other than during the summer
school break.
