[A/S] Proportional manual control of trailer brakes

needless to say, we need a GRADUAL but firm emergency application.
the trailer does us no good if its brakes lock up and we lose ALL TRACTION off
those 4 tires back there.

We need some way to apply an all but total (ABS would be nice here) lockup with
a single actuation of the panic "switch" because, we are going to be busy
accelerating (if we can - at hiway speeds already) and white knuckling the
steering wheel at the same time.

This remote task is not going to be an easy fix. I do like the idea of a remote
electric button mounted on the steering wheel itself, probably just above the
Cruise control stuff in the steering wheel center.

obviously, this is not all that important to me with my Pullright... all I have
to do is either tap the footbrake or kick the accelerator to get that transfer
bar back into the center of the arc. in fact, this is the most simple, cure of
this type of problem, in the form of the design of the hitch iteself.. there is
available today. it reminds me of the Russian simplicity vs the US' "throw
money at it" approach to doing almost anything. from a ballpoint in space (use
a pencil) to EMF protection of circuitry in battlefield elements (keep using
vacuum tubes)!

The Pullright is cheaper than the Arrow, although much more expensive than the
white knuckle specials which we all have gone through as we graduated to what
works and makes towing enjoyable and trouble free.

Still, back to the point, we need something that we can tap a couple of times
while fighting the steering. again, just adjust your trailer brakes to be much
more primary over your towed brakes. thus, tapping your foot brake is going to
actuate the trailer brakes without your tow brakes starting to work.

KISS!
