Hi John,

I had a '96 burb 1500 5.7 vortec, 3:43 rear.  I could barely pull my 25' up 
the hills in SC when the trailer was completely empty....the day I bought it.

That's why I got the F-250 with the diesel......

If you always go on flat land I'd say go for it.... if you plan to pull in 
the mountains I doubt you'll be happy unless you don't mind leading parades.
