Just did this a few weeks ago. I couldn't find any vulkum so I used white butyl in a caulking tube. I know it comes in a silver gray, which would blend better with the roof, but the store didn't have any while I was there. Plenty of recent rain and no leaks. As someone else mentioned, don't waste your time with silicone. Christopher
