When I was in the boat busness we had a new trailer delivered to us in which 
one od the wheel bearings was never packed the hub welded itaself to the axel 
while on the road. the second screw up was a trailer delivered at the last 
minute before we had to get on the road to go to a major show did not have the 
break shoes installed.I will not take anyone's word that eavery thing is OK.
