I wouldn't drill any holes in my tank.

From what I understand, you can use them for black waste too, but I 
haven't had to do that yet.

I knew the tank would be heavy when full, which is why I got a 4-
wheeler that you don't have to lift onto the hitch.  It has a 
detachable tow handle, similar to a Radio Flyer wagon, if you know 
what that is.

If staying with friends, you could check their yard for a sewer 
cleanout fitting to dump the tank into.

I've also heard of people installing a home dump station where 
they've tied into the main sewer cleanout in their basement and 
extended solid pvc pipe out thru a basement window.  This technique 
sometimes results in basement utility sinks or floor drains 
temporarily backing up due to the sudden massive rush of water.  
Therefore, if you do this you want to test it first by dumping a 
holding tank of "clean" water.  The remedy for anything backing up is 
to fit it with a stopper before dumping, and I've heard of a guy who 
put a large ball valve on the drain for his utility sink.
