Chris, I wouldn't use a blue tank with the holes drilled in it for 
black water for obvious reasons, I agree with Daisy the 25 gal tanks 
are heavy when full, and I believe the recommended blue tank towing 
speed is 5 MPH. In the past I've melted the tires to the axles towing 
just from the campsite to the other side of the campground pulling a 
full tank not much faster than 5 mph. When staying with friends, if 
there is a sewer vent or cleanout in their yard use that it all goes 
to the same place as a flush. AL
