[A/S] Winter camping

Cold weather will be here before we know it, and we plan to take our
Airstream out in the cold a few times since it has the enclosed
heated tanks.

Never done this before (bought it in May) and am in the process of
getting the furnace cleaned out and tuned up.

Just wondered how people handle this when travelling about two hours
away. Starting with a winterized water system, should I fill it with
water when I reach my destination, or run the furnace to warm the
interior and fill up the water tank just before departure? Can I run
the furnace when traveling?

By the same token, should I winterize it with RV antifreeze before
heading home, or should it be okay for the two hour return trip
assuming the furnace was running up until departure?

I know the actual outdoor temperature is a factor here, and I don't
anticipate going out when it's below 25 degrees F.
