Re: [A/S] advice on tow vehicle & A/S lengths
Claudette
I pull my 74 International 30' with an 89 Crown Vic.
Personally, I don't see a problem. With whatever you tow, you should make an
effort to have what ever hitch you buy, set up so it operates at an optimum
level. There is a formula or procedure for setting up the trailer to the tow
vehicle so it is level and so the weight of the trailer is distributed over
the 4 or 5 sets of wheels evenly. You should have this done by an
experienced trailer mechanic. Also I would suggest that your trailer brakes
be installed and adjusted by a mechanic.
