I need to explain something I think I must not have told this list.

The tire that blew was a "D" rated tire....not an E rated.

Why did I have Ds?  Someone from this list, who isn't on it anymore, bought 
an Excursion and offered me the tires...all four for $150.00.  I went for it 
because I never have ever loaded my truck to the full capacity.

I did not know these tires had been recalled off the Excusion.  I'm not 
eligible for the recall because they were not OEM for my F-250 super duty.

The Michelins I bought are Es.
