Charles,

The original Armstrong unit on my '67 Overlander may be similar.  The shroud
is held on by four screws screwed into the unit;  No screws go to the roof
itself.

Hopefully, you will get a response listing capacitors you can still buy.  In
my case, the start & run capacitors are combined as one assembly.  I do not
think this "combo pack" is sold anymore although the capacitors can be
purchased separately.
