One other thing to mention on the '99 Safari.  If I'm
correct it only came with two rear stabilizer jacks
(and puny ones at that).  You may want to retrofit
those two and and two front jacks with something
beefier.  My 2001 Safari had 4 jacks but they were the
equivalent of what I had seen on pop-ups.  I had mine
replaced at Jackson Center with some bigger ones which
became standard on the 2002 Safari.
