We have a '75  which we bought 5 years ago for $7,500. Everybody told us 
that we stole it for that price. Since then we've seen many go on eBay 
for lots less, but we were happy with our purchase. $7,000 sounds like a 
fair price to me.

The full size rear bed is hard to find. Ours is a rear twin, and we have 
had rear end droop, so it's not limited to just the rear baths. Check 
the tambour doors, some of them have a paper backing and come apart 
easily. The better stuff is a cloth backing, but after 25 years, even 
that can let go.
