[A/S] Reasonable price for 1979 31' International?

I'm going to look at a 1979 31' this weekend.  I believe it is an 
International from the stripe in the photo, and if it really matters 
I will ask the owner.

Short version of the long story is that from what I've learned over 
the phone, and photos I have seen via email, this trailer looks like 
a fine one and the asking price is $7000.  NADA website only goes 
back to 1986, where the average price for a 31' Sovereign is $7820.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what a fair price for this trailer 
is, assuming it is in good condition, etc?

Just some additional info, this is a rear bedroom (full size bed) and 
side bath floor plan.  I've inspected several RV's (not Airstreams) 
before and already know a lot of things to look for.  Is there 
anything unique to Airstreams that I should look for?  For example, 
if it was a rear bath I'd have to check for tail droop.
